Overnight Chia Pudding Healthy Recipe
This protein packed breakfast is a delicious sweet way to start the day. Using Jarrah honey which is low GI and antioxidant and prebiotic rich, it is sure to become a household favourite.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp Jarrah honey
1/2 cup milk (of your choice)
Fresh fruits, dry nuts and seeds to serve
Instructions:
Mix chia seeds, cinnamon powder, Jarrah honey and milk together in a container. Store overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, top with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds. We like kiwi, strawberry, pumpkin seeds and almond flakes.
