Quick Berry Bowl Recipe
This is a very simple recipe, but one that we love and enjoy most weeks of the year. It's a great alternative to ice cream, with three incredibly healthy ingredients that are great for the body.
Ingredients:
Greek yogurt
Frozen berries
Jarrah honey
Instructions:
Add greek yogurt to a bowl. We recommend between 1/2 - 2/3 cup of yogurt, however this is up to you. Top with frozen berries of choice. Drizzle half a teaspoon of honey over.
