Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number. The orders are usually despatched within 1 to 3 business days. Large or specialized orders may take longer. We aim to meet these despatch times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that Forest Fresh Honey cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

WHAT IS TOTAL ACTIVITY IN HONEY?

Total Activity (TA) is like bacterial and fungal killing scale, the bigger the value, the more bacteria (and fungus) the honey can potentially kill. Values above TA10 deliver beneficial properties, while values of, or above TA30+ are exceptional and have great health benefits.

DOES HIGH ACTIVITY HONEY REALLY HAVE ANTI-BACTERIAL AND ANTI-FUNGAL BENEFITS?
