Been taking a tsp everyday either straight or added to my yogurt. Nice strong flavor. 4 stars bc I’m not sure it’s affordable for everyday use but the quality seems there and as far as improvements in health, time will tell!

Love the taste, only started on 1 level teaspoon on porridge, but unfortunately I have had a sore throat ever since. I’ve cut it down to a couple of grains to see if it’s any better, but may have to stop taking it. The quality of products, I’ve always been pleased with from forest fresh.
